Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility (Change of Mind)
Because our equipment (Inverters, Lithium Batteries) is heavy-duty and professional-grade, we maintain a strict return policy:

  • Unopened Only: Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original, unopened packaging (including intact factory seals, straps, or wooden crates).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Once a crate or box is opened, the item is no longer eligible for a “change of mind” return. We do not sell “open-box” equipment to ensure every customer receives factory-certified units.
  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

2. The RMA Process (Required)
We cannot accept “blind” returns. Any package arriving at our Miami or Bogotá warehouses without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be refused.

  • Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will issue an RMA number and specific shipping instructions.

3. Shipping & Liability for Returns

  • Cost: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • HazMat Warning (Lithium Batteries): Lithium batteries are classified as Hazardous Materials. You must use an authorized HazMat carrier and compliant packaging. Returning batteries via unauthorized air courier is illegal and may result in the package being seized.
  • Risk: The customer remains 100% liable for the unit until it is physically received and inspected in our warehouse. We recommend fully insuring your return shipment.

4. “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) & Technical Support
Our equipment is factory-tested and DOA cases are extremely rare.

  • Reporting Window: Any suspected out-of-the-box defect must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Troubleshooting First: 99% of “DOA” issues are related to wiring or configuration. Before a return is considered, you must participate in a troubleshooting session with our technical team.
  • The CIP Program: As these are complex systems, we encourage all customers to utilize our Certified Installation Program (CIP) to ensure your warranty remains valid and the system is commissioned correctly.

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once the unopened unit is received, please allow 5 business days for inspection.
  • Payment: Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method (e.g., Stripe). Processing times vary by bank but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
