Stock & Origins
We maintain strategic inventory in both Miami, Florida, and Bogotá, Colombia.
- Availability: Each product page displays real-time stock location.
- Colombia Orders: We aim for same-day dispatch from our Bogotá warehouse. If an item is out of stock locally, we ship from Miami via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at no extra cost to you.
- USA & Caribbean: Orders are dispatched from Miami the next business day.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Colombia: All shipments are DDP. We handle all import duties and DIAN taxes. The price you see is the final price.
- USA & St. Maarten: No import duties apply.
- Other Caribbean Countries: While shipping is free, your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
